Apple Unleashed the new iPad 2

Apple finally unveiled its second-generation iPad and it now thinner and more faster than its predecessor.

The new iPad 2 is 33% thinner than the first generation iPad with a new dual-core A5 processor that’s twice as fast as the first iPad, a graphics processor which is 9x faster, Front and rear cameras for FaceTime video calls and 10 hours battery life.


Other highlights:
  • Units are available in black and white
  • Ability to connect iPad to HDTV’s for movies/videos ($39 cable required)
  • Compatible with AT&T and Verizon
  • iOS 4.3
  • New apps that include GarageBand, Photo Booth, and iMovie


starting at $499 - iPad 2 -->> US shipping on March 11 and March 25 internationally.

I have noticed that iPad 2 is slimmer, lighter and faster than the original version of the tablet.
Its processing speed it so fast. I like it.

It looks so thin, just so much thinner. Its interesting and jaw dropping to see so thin iPads, Apple's engineers certainly can design great. I remember reading about the iPad 2 and how its going to be more interesting then the first iPad. The features looks very interesting.

the apple ipad 2 is a very good product. the applications runs very smoothly without any lags. the face time video calling is by far one of the best features i would say
