nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU



nVidia has rolled out their new GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU. Using Fermi architecture like GTX 460, this new graphic card provides 33% faster performance as it is packed with 384 CUDA cores @ 1645MHz, graphics clocks up to 822MHz, 1GB of GDDR5 memory and 256-bit memory interface.


It is equipped with two DVI and one mini-HDMI connectors.

The GTX 560 Ti's suggested retail price is $249.

I guess this was meant to compete with ATI's Radeon HD 6800? Reviews don't seem overly positive. It certainly doesn't blow the Radeon HD 6800 out of the water or anything. I'd be interested to try them side-by-side...it's not often you get a chance to do something like that...
That's what came to my mind when I first saw nVidia's GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU, ATI's Radeon HD 6800 was what flashed across my mind. I wonder whether its still priced at the same rate.
Thanks for this informative post. I was planning to upgrade my Windows PC and was looking for an excellent Graphic card for my computer. Even though, GeForce GTX 560 Ti GPU is very expensive with this price, but with this configuration I will definitely upgrade my computer with this graphic card. I hope I can get some discount somewhere online.
