We have received a new update on the mystery product to be released by ASUS Philippines on the last quarter of 2010. During our last update on this ASUS product we have mentioned that the new gadget will run on Android 2.2 OS, now we have more details to share to you about this potentially cool ASUS mobile computing device.

Besides running on Android 2.2 OS, the new gadget will also allow its owners/users to do a multitude of tasks like internet access, and access to various social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, multiply, etc.

The 9-inch mobile device also allows e-mail and other internet connectivity functions through its Wifi and 3G support capability.

Besides these awesome connectivity the gadget also has an8.9’’ LED Backlight WSVGA Screen and a 1.3 megapixel camera. It also comes with USB OTG 2.0 mini port and an MMC/SD card reader.

By the looks of it ASUS Philippines will be bringing to the country a very intriguing and cool gadget that will probably rival the iPad and offer a cooler look than Apple's device... well hopefully.
