Google phone: Nexus One
Google recently released their brand phone, "Nexus One" built by HTC. This new unit is powered by Qualcomm QSD 8250 1 GHz and a 512 RAM, running using Android Mobile Technology Platform 2.1 (Eclair).
It also features 3.7 inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera, 4GB storage via a SD card (Expandable to 32 GB), Wi-Fi, SDPA (7.2 Mbps), accelerometer, digital compass, GPS, Bluetooth and 7 hours of talk time from its 1400 mAH battery.
