Apple "iPad"

Apple has unveiled their brand new product "iPad", a tablet gizmo which has 9.7-inch touch-screen display (1024-by-768-pixel resolution at 132 ppi), Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating, 1GHz Apple A4 system-on-a-chip, storage capacities of 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB and a battery life of 10 hours.

It seems like a macho size (oversize) version of iPod Touch or iPhone.

iPad will run almost 140,000 apps from the App Store. Everything from games to business apps, and more. And new apps that have been designed just for iPad.

Available in Wi-Fi model or Wi-Fi + 3G model.

Wi-Fi: 16 GB ($499); 32 GB ($599); 64 GB ($699)

Wi-Fi + 3G model: 16 GB ($629); 32 GB ($729); 64 GB ($829)

Gizmodo listed 8 things that sucks about the iPad like the size, no multi-tasking, no camera, touch keyboard and recently they added 3 more reason.

Paper Super Mario

It took more than 300 frames and 36 hours of hard work to create this stop motion animation featuring Super Mario.

The creator (smartkid82504) used paper, colored pencils, glue, and cardboard. Using a graph paper he recreated the pixel data 1:1 with the different colored pencils and then cut out each "sprite" after gluing it to cardboard for stability.
