The LaCie has rolled out their USB 2.0 slim external Blu-ray burner which offers a write speed of 6x via BD-R (Single Layer); 4x in BD-R (Dual Layer); 2x in BD-RE (SL or DL); 6x for BD-R LtH and 8x for DVD. No AC adapter needed.
