LaCie announced the smallest SSD USB 3.0 drive, the FastKey. It combines the performance of SSD, USB 3.0 and DRAM cache technology.
LaCie’s latest solid state drive has a stylish and sturdy aluminum metal casing and it boast transfer speed of up to 260MB/s. It can transfer 1000 mp3 or five DIVX files in less than 60 seconds. It's backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1
Supporting AES 256-bit encryption, the LaCie FastKey is available in 30GB, 60GB and 120GB of storage capacities.
