Apple’s Announcement: The Beatles Collection Now On iTunes



Apple pump up us by promoting "an exciting announcement" and many are are asking, is it a software update? A web-based version of iTunes? New gizmo?

The big news? The full Beatles collection are now available on iTunes!

From the iTunes page:
“The Beatles. The band that changed everything is now on iTunes. Get all of the studio albums and collections — each album comes with iTunes LP, featuring lyrics, photos, and more. Or you can download the digital box set that includes the band’s entire catalog, mini-documentary features on each album, and a video of the band’s first concert on U.S. soul in its entirety, the 1964 show at Washington Coliseum.”
Single albums are available for purchase and download for $12.99 each, double albums for $19.99 each and individual songs for $1.29 each.  The special digital “Beatles Box Set” ($149) contains the 13 remastered studio albums with iTunes LPs and all mini-documentaries and concert film.
