Samsung's 40nm-based 8GB DDR3 RAM
Samsung is now on production of their highest density memory module for laptops and mobile workstations., the 40nm-based 8GB DDR3 RAM.
The Samsung 40nm 8GB DDR3 RAM got the best power-performance ratio, which uses 1.5V of power and operates at 1333MHz. A single 8GB DDR3 module consumes only 53% less power than two 4GB DDR3 modules.[via SamsungHub]
