PhotoFast will be rolling out their SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs, the G-Monster3 XV1.
This 2.5-inch drive has 128MB DDR3 controller cache and it will reach read speeds up to 430 MB/s with write speeds at 300 MB/s. Available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB sizes.
