LED Eyelashes
Here's a fashionably good concept by designer Soomi Park, the LED Eyelashes. The lashes are hooked up to a tilt sensor, it can perceive the movements of the pupil in the eyes and eyelids and when you tilt your head in specific directions the lashes light up.
