PicASCII: convert image file to ASCII art

If you want to create a quick universal computer ASCII art from an image file, you can use PicASCII. It is an online tool that will help you convert images (JPG, PNG, GIF) and generate it to a cool ASCII art.

You can upload your image file that you want to convert from your computer or copy the image URL from a website (maximum image size of 1000kb). There are 4 size you can choose and colored option for your art.

Once the image is generated you can download it in HTML or TXT version.

Note: They recommend to use picture not too large (ex < 500 pixels), to focus more on this ASCII effect.

Great tool and easy to use!
Hey, this can help me create simple designs for my cross-stitching projects. I never finish big patterns (or masterpieces) but I find cross-stitching small designs on edges of table clothes, napkins, bedclothes, pillow clothes, etcetera is quite therapeutic. Thanks for introducing me to PicASCII. :D
