17-inch MacBook Pro - World’s Thinnest and Lightest 17-inch Notebook
Apple has announced and claims the World’s Thinnest and Lightest 17-inch Notebook, the 17-inch MacBook Pro. The aluminum unibody enclosure measures at 0.98 inch thin and 6.6 pounds.
It runs on Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA 9400M/9600M GT graphics processor, 4GB (two 2GB SO-DIMMs) of 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM; two SO-DIMM slots support up to 8GB, 320GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive storage, 1920x1200 LED-backlit and slot-loading SuperDrive.
It also has a battery that can gives you eight hours of work time and up to 1,000 recharges, 3x's better than other notebooks in the market.
